Cigars beat Cardinals

The Cigars defeated the Cardinals 11-2 to improve to 2-1 on the season. On his 40th birthday, Jon Lamber pitched masterfully allowing only 1 run through 7 innings.

Cigars hold off Ninjas

The Cigars held off the Ninjas in 10 innings to win thier first game of the season 8-7. Sean Turnan pitched six strong innings and had the game winning RBI in the bottom of the 10th. Lanny Lautenschlager had 3 hits and 2 spectacular diving catches in center field.
